1. Booking Policy

• All reservations are subject to availability.
• A valid government-issued ID is mandatory at check-in for all guests.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
• The hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings in case of invalid information or payment failure.

2. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in Time: 12:00 PM | Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Free cancellation is allowed up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will incur a one-night charge.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Hotel RK Grand is not liable for any loss or damage.
• Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest will be chargeable.
• Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking rooms and public areas.

5. Children and Extra Bed Policy

• Children under 5 years of age stay free when using existing beds.
• Extra beds are available on request and may be chargeable.

6. Pets Policy

• Pets are not allowed in the hotel premises.

7. Privacy Policy

8. Force Majeure

• Hotel RK Grand shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to acts beyond its control including natural calamities, government restrictions, or service interruptions.
